Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of retouching and image analysis services provided by Pixel Fixed ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "the Client"). By commissioning a project, submitting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Pixel Fixed provides industrial and product photography retouching services, delivered as digital image files, along with an AI-powered image analysis and pricing tool ("TPF") that generates automated quotes and turnaround estimates. No physical goods are shipped as part of any service.

2. Project Briefs and Revisions

All projects begin with a technical brief, typically provided as a PDF, outlining the required scope, references, and specifications.

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions based on the agreed brief. Revisions outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Feedback must be submitted within 5 days of preview delivery; unresponded previews are considered accepted after this period.

3. Deposits and Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required before work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final assets, prior to release of unwatermarked files.

Payments are made in USD via Payoneer, or another payment method specified at booking.

Late payment beyond 7 days of the invoice due date may result in automatic termination of the project and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Preview and Delivery

Draft previews are delivered as low-resolution files bearing a "Pixel Fixed" watermark for evaluation purposes only.

Final, unwatermarked master files are delivered only after full payment is received.

Standard turnaround times are confirmed at booking; expedited delivery is available as a paid add-on.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full usage rights to the final delivered assets for their intended commercial purpose.

Pixel Fixed retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project start.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Fixed is not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete briefs, late feedback, or files submitted in unsupported formats. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
